Terms

Hyped Media – Terms of Service

1. Project Scope
The project will include only the services and deliverables selected and agreed within this form. Any additional features, pages, integrations, or design changes outside the original scope will be treated as separate work and may incur additional charges at Hyped Media’s current hourly or project rate.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this agreement before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to the website going live. Ongoing services such as maintenance or CRM subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.

3. Timeline
Typical turnaround for standard websites is 2–4 weeks from the date of deposit and delivery of all required content (text, images, logo). Delays in providing materials may extend the timeline.

4. Revisions
Each web project includes up to two rounds of design revisions. Additional changes beyond this may be subject to extra charges.

5. Ownership
Upon full payment, you will own all design and content created specifically for your project. Hyped Media retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Hosting & Domains
Hosting and domain registration costs are the client’s responsibility. Hyped Media may assist with setup but does not guarantee uptime or third-party hosting performance.

7. Liability
Hyped Media will take all reasonable care to ensure the site functions as agreed but is not liable for any loss, interruption, or damages arising from the use of the site, hosting failures, or third-party integrations.

Privacy Notice

We collect and store the information you provide (name, email, business details, files, and project selections) for the purpose of managing your project and communicating with you.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, and it is stored securely in Tally and Notion.
You may request data deletion or correction at any time by emailing hello@hypedmedia.co.uk.

Scope Change Clause

If the client requests extra work beyond what is listed in this agreement — for example, new pages, system integrations, branding work, or content uploads — a new quotation will be issued before any changes are made.
No additional work will begin until written approval is received.
